Terms and Conditions of Purchase

An order is considered confirmed only after the advance payment has been received in the seller’s bank account.

An order may be cancelled by the end of the business day on which the transaction was made. After that, the seller has the right to retain an amount corresponding to incurred costs.
2.1. When refunding payments made via payment terminal or online payment, the seller has the right to deduct the applicable bank service fee from the refundable amount.
2.2. After two weeks from the conclusion of the transaction, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted and the advance payment is non-refundable.

An order placed online may be cancelled only if the ordered product was in stock and is returned undamaged (including without mechanical damage) and in its original packaging.
Custom-made or special orders may only be cancelled under the conditions described in Clause 1. -
The customer must collect the goods within two weeks from the notification of arrival at the warehouse. The seller has the right to charge 1% per day of the total order value for storage services.

Upon receipt, the customer is obliged to inspect the goods for mechanical damage, as claims submitted afterwards will not be accepted.

The customer is required to ознакомиться with the installation instructions and consider all specific characteristics of the product, as claims after installation or cutting of the material will not be accepted.

The estimated delivery time is indicated for each product; however, the seller reserves the right to delay delivery without prior notice due to justified or unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.

Products may be discontinued without prior notice. In such cases, if the customer decides to cancel the order, the advance payment will be refunded to the specified bank account within 30 days. If the customer chooses a replacement product, any price difference (overpayment or underpayment) will be recalculated before or at the time of delivery.

The seller has the right to request a 50% advance payment for custom orders made in-store and 100% advance payment for orders placed online.

The seller is not responsible for discrepancies between the actual colour or texture of the material and its display on screen. In case of doubt, the customer is advised to verify the material in the showroom. Such discrepancies cannot serve as grounds for order cancellation (see Clauses 1 and 2).

The seller is not responsible for the accuracy of material quantity calculations.
Delivery Methods
DPD Courier Delivery – from €10.00
The courier will deliver your order to the outdoor door at the address specified in your order. The courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. If delivery cannot be completed at the agreed time, the courier may leave a notice with further instructions. Promotional campaigns may affect service pricing.
SmartPost Parcel Terminal – from €3.50
You can choose a suitable parcel terminal during checkout. SmartPost parcel terminals are located throughout Estonia. Once your order arrives, you will receive an SMS with a personal locker code to collect your parcel. Parcels are stored for 7 calendar days from the date the code is sent. If the parcel is not collected, two reminder SMS messages will be sent.
DPD Pakipood – from €4.80
You can select a suitable pickup point during checkout. DPD Pakipood locations are available throughout Estonia. Once your order has arrived at the selected pickup point, you will receive an SMS with instructions on how to collect your parcel.
Pickup from Showroom – €0.00
You may collect your order yourself. Please note that not all products are delivered to the showroom; large items are delivered directly to the warehouse. Full instructions and the warehouse address will be provided after order confirmation.

Personal Data Protection
In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c), Moonavoor Sisustus OÜ is entitled to process customers’ personal data for the performance of a contract.
Moonavoor Sisustus OÜ undertakes to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all physical and electronic information provided by customers.
Personal data provided to Moonavoor Sisustus OÜ, such as name, address, email address and telephone number, will be processed and stored for the purpose of delivering ordered goods and contacting you when necessary.
Moonavoor Sisustus OÜ guarantees that personal data is protected against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, falsification, destruction or unauthorised disclosure by applying appropriate technical measures.
Personal data will be retained only for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. After that, the data will be deleted.
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to request correction or deletion of your data, provided this does not conflict with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
